Our Mission

Since the inception of o’donnell+co in 1997, our mission has remained unchanged – in simple terms, our clients come first. Three core principles guide our mission:

  • Firstly, we take the time to thoroughly understand each client, their business and the marketplace in which they operate;
  • Secondly, we devise accounting solutions that are uniquely adapted to meet a client’s requirement and therefore specifically target the challenges faced by the business; and
  • And, lastly, we offer planning and implementation strategies in partnership with our clients to achieve optimum results.

Our success is founded on our partner-centric philosophy and our ongoing commitment to building long-lasting client relationships. Moreover, we provide the highest level of service possible in everything we do.    Many of our clients have been with us since the beginning and we have become an integral part of their business.  We believe this reflects not only the high quality of our work but also the empathy and trust that we nurture in every client engagement.

Our Consultation Process

Our consultation process is based on the premise that no two businesses are the same. Moreover, each client faces different challenges and has unique requirements depending on several factors such as company size. Consequently, we always carry out an initial consultation (which is free and non-obligatory) either by telephone or, preferably, in person. This ensures that we understand your business, the sector in which you operate, your aspirations, goals and business needs. We can then tailor our service offering accordingly and issue a quotation.
